Why no separate rain protection layer?🤔
They'll sell you an extra one for $36........... https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-Ra...B0D96KVMN9
Normally I like Coleman, and my dome tent has been perfect for ~6+ years now, but not having a separate rainfly is ridiculous. Even adding it extra still means it's not going to breathe as well, especially if it starts raining and you have to have the windows closed.
I have the 6-person version of this tent. It's a great tent - it really does set up quickly and easily: with 2 people it's up in under a minute. Tear down is a bit slower, but still faster than a normal tent with separate poles. It does ok in light rain without the rainfly.

i have the six person tent, i can actually stand inside. this four person tent, is too short. on a six person tent, you can barely fit two cots. maybe six can lay down on sleeping bags but no way would six cots fit in there. i bought the six person tent back in 2015 for $97 on amazon. i should of bought three of them.

Instead of rain fly, I use a canopy instead. Kinda silly but I use canopy to cover benches and table, then at night, I drag it over to cover the tent. Works surprisingly well.
