How quaint! So these cans of salt water are going to help to prevent starvation??? If you don't have money to buy dried beans and rice (which is MUCH more nutritious and cheaper), then you don't have money for this soup. Especially once the doctors' bills start piling up from all of the hypertension related chronic illnesses. Slickdeals is not helping to combat world hunger. It is promoting unhealthy dietary patterns and collecting affiliate commissions in the process...

Campbell's chicken noodle soup was invented in 1934 as "Noodle with Chicken" and was renamed "Chicken Noodle" in 1938 after a radio announcer misread the advertisement. It was created by Campbell's head chef, Ernest Lacoutiere, to be an affordable option for homemakers during the Great Depression.
I doubt it's been the cause of death of anyone in 91 years. Go troll somewhere else. Clearly you have nothing else to do.
