This was terrible for my needs. The load shifting / time of use feature does not work as advertised ... you cannot set custom upper / lower bounds on charging, only fixed ones ... and if you want to do time of use, you are forced to cycle from 0 - 100. On top of that, the battery only charges at your peak time, but doesn't discharge off peak, making time of use completely broken! Last, the UPS switching was too slow and would cause some of my connected equipment to reboot.
Big thumbs down.

The trick is the input, I have a Jackery 2000. The challenge is the limited solar input. only 1200W. Which is just not great honestly. This one appears to only have 1400. Depends on how you're using this. On a boat where you're charging it with a motor or generator this would be great. Off grid, not so much if you need it all the time

Was planning on using it for the garage as the garage doesn't have electrical.

Fair points but this was never meant to be a UPS for sensitive electronics. The 20 ms switch time is too slow for a computer. I use this as a battery backup for our sump pump and it is great.

Depends on your use case, but the Percon E3600 has a lot more features including faster charging, more solar charge capabilities and expandability with more batteries.

I have an off grid cabin, and went with the EcoFlow. But this is almost $200 cheaper than I paid for the EF. Does Jackery come with an app for remote management? With EF, it shows how many watt hours of solar production. It also has graphs of output, so at least there are some fun charts to look at.

YMMV, Amex Offers has $100 off $999 at Wellbots, if you want to add something as "free" filler.

How long do you think this will function as a battery backup for your Sump pump?

I own both the 1000v2 and 2000v2 which have the same 20ms switch times. I tested it with my computer system by pulling the plug and it worked fine. Interestingly I initially purchased an ecoflow with a 10ms switch time and while it switched over fine, when under battery power, the monitor would occasionally blink, indicating erratic power. So it isnt just switch times. On the downside, the jackerys when plugged in still goes thru the battery and cycles the battery, so it isnt great for long life on the battery unlike a true UPS that pulls from the line until power goes out and then switches over.

The sump pump draws ~900 watts an hour if it runs non-stop. Our sump pump does not run often but this should power it for 3 1/2 hours or so of continuous use. In a real world situation this should last me a few days bc it only runs a few times an hour at most.

How's this compared to the Ecoflow Delta 3 Ultra and Pecron E3600?

The Bluetti app allows for better ToU charging / discharging in your situation. You would set the power station to a "customized UPS" mode and charge off peak, but set battery thresholds where it will charge based on state of charge too -- thus avoiding shutdown of the power station if voltage drops too low regardless of the time of day. I don't know why they can pull us off but no one else can seem to figure it out. This is not hard.

Anker is another one to avoid for peak shaving. They too have a terrible implementation of it.
