Fair points but this was never meant to be a UPS for sensitive electronics. The 20 ms switch time is too slow for a computer. I use this as a battery backup for our sump pump and it is great.

The sump pump draws ~900 watts an hour if it runs non-stop. Our sump pump does not run often but this should power it for 3 1/2 hours or so of continuous use. In a real world situation this should last me a few days bc it only runs a few times an hour at most.

Anker is another one to avoid for peak shaving. They too have a terrible implementation of it.
