I've been waiting for this 22 ft reach ladder or one similar to it to go on sale for over 6 months. Not as cheap as it was a year ago ($149), but much cheaper than has been. Just in time for setting up Christmas lights if you need long ladder.

I bought the 18 ft for $89 last year and it's really nice. I can't quite reach our top windows though.. would have been really nice to have that extra 4 feet.

Did you buy that on a Black Friday sale? That is the ladder I am looking to buy but it's listed at $240 right now.

Yes good call.. just looked this up, I purchased it on 11/30/2024. Seems like prices have gone up.. my guess is regular price last year was $180 and it was 50% off. Seems like it's ladder sale season right now, lots of Werner sales as well. Maybe the 18 ft will be discounted on Black Friday too

I am looking for a 22' or 23' one but I want it rated for 375lbs.

I had one rated for 300lbs and over time the ladder broke from stress in a few places. I feel the 375lbs will last forever.

So I purchased my 22' that were rated at 375lbs many years ago on black friday for $99.99 (they still sell the exact same model). That use to be the price of these ladders.

The 18 ft is pretty heavy.. I'm fine bc I'm in 30s and work out regularly. But the 22 ft in particular might not be for everyone. Definitely check the weight. also, as I said earlier, the 18 ft doesnt quite allow me to reach the entire 2nd floor windows, whereas the 22 ft would

The ladder is for a loft that has 27' high ceilings. And really, the ladder is for my tenant, just incase the fire alarm goes off, he needs a HUGE ladder. I like the ones with the wheels cause he does have a storage area about 500' from his unit.

Basically, the ladder is for ANYONE who rents my place. I think anyone can handle the 22' ladder for a project but sure, it may not be the easiest.

Yeah.. certainly doable, just a little awkward sometimes with the weight, especially for female, someone older, etc
