SD was great for late night/early morning BF deal alerts b4 twitter and everything else. Now BF doesn't exist, but thankfully some good deals still pop up.
Allegedly.
Those were the days...
Mostly because the bougie Porter Ranch NIMBY's fought it for years! Then it opens, first Xmas and BAM!!! Good times, good times.
They DID catch her by the way. But still. Hilarious.
Edit:
FOUND IT! (BTW, article is wrong, she didn't pay and that's why she was arrested much later!)
Enjoy!

A final note: It has been 14 YEARS and that store is still referred to as "Pepper Spray Walmart" by some old-ass locals.

They only see OOS on items they click on and think... Damn the BOTS!!! and see EBAY price go up 100% on same item they want.
Staying up late to snag deals when they go live and then go to work sleepy...
Price you pay to play and reap the rewards.
You only live once, take advantage of every situation. Life is Short, Live HAPPY.
And all the FAR stuff from Staples which became better than FAR with coupons. Paper, photo paper, software, hard drives, etc.
Those were absolutely the days.
You got a bunch of upvotes this year. what gives.
Have another great holiday season.
Cart full of black friday deals, fist full of coupons, all sorted into separate orders in order to "roll" the ecb's most cost effectively. Had to wait until midnight when the cash registers would kick in with the deals. My CVS csr's were the best! They LOVED seing me "roll" the deals.
Most of the stuff would go into plastic storage tubs in the garage. After several years of "rolling" the deals at CVS, Wags, and Staples, I had the BEST yard sale you could imagine. People asked if I was liquidating a store or something.
Hubby thought I was crazy - I'd never get much for the stuff. After making over $1,500.00 he never doubted my economic prowess again!
P.S. - And this was loooong before they made a television series about extreme couponing!
