Unfortunately, Season 6 of Superstore is unwatchable. For every 2 minutes of show, there's 5 minutes of commercials. I've never seen anything like it.

OMG!! Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua is really going to happen!! Dec 19 at 5 pm PST on Netflix. The press conference is this Friday at 10 am PST.

The UFC has 2 good fights this Saturday. Hooker vs Arman and Garry vs Belal. I've got Arman and Belal. I'll go with Norman over Haney in the boxing match. This isn't a confident pick because I'm not that familiar with Norman.

I cancelled my 30 day free trial for Hulu and upgraded to the $18.99 no ads plan. I didn't want to do it but the commercials were too much. I did it thru chat and everything was fine.

Big 5 sent me an email that offered $5 off a %5 purchase but when I clicked on it, it was actually $5 off $25. Wags did the same thing to me a few months ago.

I'm watching Justified now. Timothy Olyphant is much better in Justified than he was in Deadwood. Justified is very good but I'm not in love with it yet. Many people rate it as better than Deadwood but that's a very high bar to jump over.

I watched Justified a while back - agreed he's really good in it. I liked the show.

Finished watching The Beast in Me last night - it was ok but nothing special. Not sure what's up next. Have about another week left on a month of Netflix.

I quit Beast after 2 episodes. Aggie was too much of a downer. Believe it or not, I used to have writer's block but the personal computer has made it so much easier for me to get what I want to say out. It also created a monster lmao.

Is that any good? Ted Danson is a terrific actor. I'd recommend giving Broadchurch a try. A seaside town is rocked when a small boy jumps off a cliff to his death. Two detectives who don't like each other are assigned to the case. I can't say anything more without spoiling one of the best tv shows that you'll ever see. Season 1 was so emotionally draining that I couldn't continue with the series. It's on Netflix.

If you want to watch something really different, give Hightown a try. I loved it but it's not for everybody. There's a lot of sex, drugs, and violence. I just read that they're coming out with Season 4. This was a sleeper that a lot of people missed. Jackie is such a great character.

Broadchurch was great - I love Olivia Colman!

The thing I don't understand about The Beast is couldn't they see that the Clare Danes character wasn't working. The Beast had the potential to be really good but they totally blew it. It's typical of Netflix. They put out way too much junk and then promote it like it's must-see tv. They should take their time and put out better shows. Quality is more important than quantity. People have different tastes (and I'm sure that mine are eccentric) but I think that most people wouldn't want to spend any more time with Aggie than is absolutely necessary.
