These have no USA warranty correct? Probably worth the risk for some, DJI drones very reliable.

DJI has the best customer service ever. Anything happens to the drone, they'd just charge 80 and will send you a new one! I did it twice, sent them the defected drone, they sent me an analyze like these stuff needs repair, but both times sent me back a brand new drone! So dont worry about warranty. Also I lost a mini 3 and after they confirmed it, they ask me to to sign something that transfers ownership to dji and they gave me 20% off on mini 4 pro!

Not anymore it's not bc of the current restrictions. Unfortunately.

Look, you cannot officially buy this product in the US. They stopped selling here, and stopped servicing here. DJI drones from China have been held up and turned away at customs. Not even US service, which I think is in Dallas, can get replacement parts and drones.

Wouldn't this be a good deal from someone who already had the controller and the batteries from their Mini 4 Pro and just wanted to upgrade the drone only?

I needed to repair my RSR Pro and it has been pending from May 2025, they say the parts aren't available! So I wouldn't trust on the repairs or reissue anymore.

I got the Fly more combo off of eBay from a seller in Japan. This drone is amazing!! Be wary that you will not be able to get care refresh unless I ship it back to Japan. I paid extra for the allstate coverage just in case. Anyhow all the hype you have seen on Youtube is legit! This drone is way better than my Mini 3 Pro. eBay seller name toysaojp-2 also goes by SAO Trading Inc Tokyo.

in theory , yes... However, if your mini 4 pro is running fine I seriously doubt you will find the slight differences in the mini 5 pro to exceed a few hundred dollars (much less 800 dollars after tax tag and title).. Your Mini 4 pro still has the best consumer transmission system in the world (os4), the mini 5 pro uses the os4 "plus".. but the transmission system is exact same (20Km) the "plus" supposedly has a little less interference ?? to be determined, most likely unnoticeable for consumer flying vlos 😉

I will answer on his behalf due to the fact i have purchased several all over within the last 6 months.. ordered from DJI before they listed everything as sold out and it was hung up in customs for 3 months before sending it back to DJI (China).. I have ordered from Japan and South Korea with zero problems.. The ebay store / guy I got if from in South Korea had it delivered to my door step in 3 business days .. Not sure how he / they pulled that off.. I think that Customs is only holding the birds from China.. I spoke with customs several times throughout that 3 months my bird was being detained, and they were surprisingly very rude and very apprehensive to discuss the issues.. Awefull dealing with them.
