I'm a little mad they only fit a 59mah battery in a 16" laptop without it even being that thin or light.

I just got the 14" version. The screen is fairly bright but is also washed out. There are some oleds that are going on sale around the same price if you are patient.

Really hoping BF magically produces one for around $600.

Wife picked up this one for her work at our homeschool coop. Good machine overall and she's in love with Copilot. The screens colors don't bother me even though the specs are pretty low but the brightness is about 20% lower than I'd want personally. She's happy with it and the battery life is outstanding. It's slowly changing my mind on HP 😆

I thought 2K was 1440p, not 1200p.

Somehow, all these new laptops come with non upgradable RAM such as LPDDR5. (LP means Low Power on board RAM)
So, 16G is fixed and you can't expand. Old laptops with DDR4 have more flexible expand options. I tested a few old laptops with DDR4, they all supported 32G.

Just swap it out with a 1tb-2tb from Amazon/eBay. Just remember to grab the drivers from the manufacturer site and put them on a USB.
