With a few modifications it's a good chair for long sessions at my desk. On it's own it's subpar. The casters it comes with are trash - I bought a set of polyurethane casters that added some height and don't scratch up my floor https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FP56VND .
I also got a thin ergonomic memory foam seat pad.
This made rolling around and sitting just about perfect. The only downside is this raised my sitting height quite a bit and I'm 5'7" so my feet didn't quite touch the ground any longer and that would cause knee pain after letting my feet hang for long periods.
So, finally I purchased a raised foot rest for under my desk. Since then I've been very comfortable in the chair. You probably won't need this if you're tall.
TL;DR - if you're willing to purchase a few more items to modify this, then it's good. On it's own it's not a great chair.
