When I pay by CC the exchange is automatically calculated. I chose US funds with PayPal and then Canadian funds the second time and the amount never changed for both transactions. Who is getting...

Confusing with both countries using dollars, I guess what they're saying is the vendor billed in USD? Probably need to straighten it out with them
