Yes it's much more portable than a laptop but consider the previous gen ROG and Legion GO costing almost half as much. And the performance gain on this is not even that significant.
Now with frame gen, a 50 dollar battery mod, I'm still able to play a lot of AAA titles on a Z1 Extreme. I paid 350 dollars about a year ago for a used unit. I'll wait a few more generations before considering buying another one.
