Good price, but I believe the Cloud Gateway Fiber is a better, more modern product with superior features for $80 more every day at Ubiquiti. For me, the nVME support, 10GBE WAN port, POE and more modern processor (faster, less power) are worth the price increase. The CGF can also support higher throughput than the UDM-PRO. Also, missing out on the extended warranty direct from UI.

This is a good enough deal that even if it doesn't have a warranty, I think it's worth the price: <$200 shipped.

I will warn you, though: once you join the Ubiquiti system, it's really easy to spend a load of money on it!

If this is your first start in the system, you'll probably want access points and other network infrastructure like switches and stuff. Look at /r/homelabsales to find stuff at least 25% off new. I picked up 2 U6 Pros for like $110/ea shipped.

Hey everyone! I wanted to comment here for anyone that is looking through the comments. I'm one of Alarm Grid's owners.
This deal was the result of a price change by our supplier sometime between yesterday and today. We check and update prices once per week. Yesterday was the day we did that. So, as you can imagine, we were caught flat-footed. We actually thought that we were the victims of a massive fraud at first, because we got 200 orders in about 10 minutes.
We're speaking right now with the supplier to see if we can get yesterday's pricing for all of you so that we can attempt to fulfill these orders without taking it on the chin in a big way. We're not a huge company, and the number of orders we received for this item was more than we get on a Black Friday by about 40x. We appreciate the patronage a great deal, and we're going to do our best to honor the price. Obviously, if we can't negotiate this, we'll have to cancel the orders as the price was an error. We apologize for that. But it does happen occasionally. Rarely, however, is it caught so quickly by a site like slickdeals though.
I'll update you all tomorrow as soon as we hear back. Also, if you've messaged our team at [email protected], they will respond in the next day or two regarding the orders.

I did some research online on the seller, before giving them my money, because I had never heard of them. The only significant complaints I could find were about their offices and shipping (not alarm monitoring) being closed on the weekends.
