do not have it but it has been around in one form or another since early 1800s. It is good for lipedema and astronauts but for the general person, it does nothing. Slight benefits for olympic level athletes

This is completely useless for weight loss or building muscle, so definitely skip it if that is your goal. We strictly use ours for my little one with sensory processing issues because the strong vibration provides the deep input they need to calm down and regulate their body.

I got one a couple of months ago to help with balance and foot strengthening. I returned it. It did absolutely nothing in terms of fitness.

Here's one thing that has me thinking... cats can fall from a high level and land unharmed, one reason for that is their bone density. When they pur they cause vibrations in the body which causes their bones to grow by becoming more dense. So it's safe to assume if we use one of these machines daily we could essentially do the same to our bones.

I have a similar one since 5 years ago. After many attempts, now I do two things on this:
first, relax the muscle. I used to play late night amatuer soccer games. And this one can do a quick relax on the tired legs. I just feel a bit better before I go to sleep.
Second, I started to do push ups on this thing and hopefully it can further strengthen my core. It is an old equip, so I use it as much as I can.
