I'm not a Scott hater - have a Scott Scale 710 Plus myself. For the Suggested MSRP of $1399 however, after seeing the specs, I feel like I need a barf bag. SX Eagle is garbage - so bad that Jenson USA was selling the SX rear derailleurs for ~$8.....and I don't think they ever got rid of it because it was that price for over 2 months. Shimano MT200 calipers are also bottom of the barrel that you find on $500 MSRP bikes.

Yeah I wish they would spec these lower end bikes with shimano m5100 11 speed instead but to those that don't know 12 is better than 11 so they throw SX on them. I've never used the mt200s but everything I've read about them they work fine.
