So getting 48 on Amazon would run you $94-98 or ($88-$94 with S&S) vs $30 here (although you have to deal with a very short "best by" date on all but the jalapeno beef flavor with this deal)
Are these low calorie for people who need to lose weight? Not really, there are lower calorie sources of higher protein.
Are these nutritious? Not really, all beef sticks are heavily processed and has a lot of sodium.
General answer is no but moderation makes just about any food okay to eat. Most people have a quantity problem and not a specific foods problem.
