There's no mention (anywhere) that this device is either UL or ETL safety certified! Unless someone here has this EXACT same device and can disprove this, it's potentially unsafe to use!
Any safety claims by these manufacturers fly right out of the window unless they've been tested and certified by either UL or ETL!
It's significant, since non-safety certified devices such as these have been known to either overheat and burn out or literally start electrical fires!
Shortcuts during production are common with non-safety certified electrical devices such as these!
Purchase this (or any other electrical device with neither safety certification) at your own risk!

I don't love the low current totals for the USB ports. No fast charging, but even the ones with fast charge I've tried, once I plug in a USB A device to also charge, fast charging stops.

I have this unit and can 2nd that charging via the USB ports is pretty low totalling 15W between the 3 USB ports. This specific deal is also for the non-PD option, inefficiently distributing power if multiple devices USB devices plugged in.

Additional notes:
-the prong outlets are spaced very close together making the middle outlet on each side unusable for all the plugs that I have tried
-this design plugs into a single wall outlet but covers the other outlet

This all being said, I think an elevated phone stand + few extra outlets for $10 is not a purchase I regret

I bought this, its stamped ETL. I can't speak for if it is actually certified or not, that's another can of worms.

Just don't ignore the fact that this toy has no safety certifications and any device that hasn't been tested for safety can be a fire hazard!...regardless of any claims by the manufacturer!

Use a good quality charger (that's either UL or ETL certified) which has the ports that you need and be done with it! These "combo" devices rarely work properly and many (like this one) are potentially unsafe to use!

Good luck!....using a device that's already potentially unsafe to use in the bathroom??🙄

You can verify whether it's actually ETL certified by checking it on the ETL website.
Firstly, make certain that it's the exact same device.
Secondly, there needs to also be a code number where the ETL stamp is. That code number is essential and you can use it to verify whether or not it's actually been tested by ETL.
It's bizarre that, if it's been tested, they wouldn't indicate that on the product page!...but stranger things have occurred on Amazon!
Please check it and post about it here. Thanks!

What happens if they just make up the fact (and label as such) on their devices?

Good question!...I wouldn't be surprised if these non-brand name companies did that, but there needs to be a code number on the product that corresponds to either the UL or ETL database. Someone here stated that they had this product and that it was stamped with the "ETL" logo. I advised them to see if there's a code number and to check it on the "ETL" website. If it's listed there, it's legit. If not, it's bogus.
It makes no sense for any manufacturer to leave this out on their product page, since it can only increase sales for the product!
It's just plain dumb to leave that information out, so if they do, it's creates suspicion!
