They work and are better and brighter than the dollar store ones, but after having them for a while, they're subjectively kinda ugly to have around.

2700K color temperature would be nice. These are white light more like 4000K plus.

I once had some very light blue motion lights that worked perfectly and I've been looking for some ever since. Just enough light to see the steps but not enough to wake you up. I purchased some on Amazon that looked like they may be it but they stay on all night and are a brighter blue.

The way these work, they actually use more power when the light is off than when it's on. I wouldn't recommend them. It's not a ton of power, but it'll add up over time for something constantly plugged in.
