Worth it if I plan on using it for some productivity and some gaming? I know it'll have burn in. Any other alternatives?

I use this for WFH job and it's amazing. Biggest drawback is you can't share your whole screen but I just share apps. Used for about 2 years now and no burn in near 8-10 hours a day or more. Would definitely buy again for work. For gaming I would only use it on RPG / non competitive games.
