Are $/$$ coupons still before coupons and ECB's? Haven't used one in forever and got a $10/$25. The wording says after all coupons but IDK if it always said that in the past. Thank you!

In my experience, instore it is before coupons. Online it is after.

Just FYI, the Colgate toothpaste ip's I printed yesterday came up invalid today on old system. They were working last month but today was the first time I've tried them since early November.

You would have to spend $30 to use both.
