Captain obvious? Dude.....the ingredient list is as long as my arm.....starts with water....and it's fricking Alfredo sauce....you know that thing anyone could make with literally just heavy cream, Parm cheese, butter, pasta water, salt, pepper, and garlic? Anyone who thought it was healthy or even high quality before some guy went out and said it outright, was simply either kidding themselves or too ignorant to consider themselves an adult imo. Heck, even from scratch, Alfredo sauce can't be considered healthy by any stretch of the imagination.

That said, though I definitely prefer homemade and will make it homemade 90% of the time....I like to have decent tasting quick meal options for when I'm simply not up to making a meal from scratch. Fed and cheap is better than tempted to go out and pay for some overpriced fast food.

I am a very unhealthy eater but trying to get better. Even at my worst, I steered clear of alfredo or carbonara sauce.
