Not sure how long it'll be available, but I just bought in white from Amazon haul for half the price. You might need prime for that. Even with prime you need minimum $25 for free shipping

I looked seriously at these, but in the end I spent more and went with Pebblebee instead. Unlike Samsung's offering, Pebblebee interacts with the more universal and widely available Google Find Hub and Apple Find My networks.

No vendor lock in and extra features made it worth the price premium for me.

Is pebblebee really that much better than the generic android/iOS tracker 4packs on sale today? For example https://a.co/d/ahMw4Pq

I suspect for basic functionality of locating the tagged items, the performance would be very similar.

However, the Pebblebee devices can use the tags to locate a misplaced phone as well. Additionally, the Pebblebee Clip has an alert function that will allow you to trigger a loud sounding alarm with flashing lights and alert designated contacts to your location in cases of emergency.

I bought some from Ali express a few months ago for like $5 each. Would these be worth the extra price? The ones from Ali see to work but I do find that the Samsungs report a more accurate location when compared to Google find.

I'm hesitant to say yes as I've only had my Pebblebee devices for a week or so.

As for accuracy, Google Find Hub accurately locates my keys and wallet as being in the NW corner of my home.

The speakers on these things are loud. Once you get within earshot of where they should be, the sound should help you pinpoint where they are at pretty quickly.
