I actually just put this exact one together 2 days ago. Also got it for $52. Seems pretty decent overall but the wood is meh, dents easily. The white paint is very thin, can see some of the wood blemishes. Also the drawers "slide" on wood rails (basically wood on wood) and use an mdf board for the bottom.
Also was missing 1 screw for the legs but I just used a random wood screw I had laying around. Just something to watch out for.
Worth the $52 but certainly not $400+ list price.

I received mine today and it looks pretty good and solid. Assembling was also easy, and part of the reason was because it is made of solid pine. First time of buying this brand and will definitely buy again.
