Their shopping link is very unreliable. Most of the time is doesn't show anything. When things do show up, they can be the wrong listing or the wrong price with no PayPal option showing.
Edit: Finally got it to work. It took many tries. I also had to first save my shipping address and a credit card in the Instant Buy section. Then I started a new chat with this: "Does Newegg sell NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV Pro?" and it worked finally.

It took me a couple tries but I was able to instant buy it and see the PayPal offer. Placed the order but don't see any pending Paypal points yet

Worked for me. I just typed Newegg Nvidia Shield Pro. Went to the shopping tab and the Newegg Instant Buy option was there. Selected instant buy and the $30 discount was applied. Selected pay with Paypal for 50% back. This was less than 5 mins ago. Thanks.
