Lyca is the worst. They won't let you port out.

Not true. It's a pain though
They want name, DOB, last phone numbers dialed
They send PIN first through text, then within 24 hours ( 1 hour in my case) account number

Not sure if it is new, but the porting out from Lyca was super easy for me. The Account number and PIN are available online. Login to your account, and navigate to Manage Account page to find out. I was able to transfer to Infimobile in one minute.
