Am I correct that when you add anything past a v3 you lose the cam plus lite right?

You don't lose it, the newer cameras just don't have it. I think pan v2 and cam v3 were the last to have it.

correct. I had this issue when I put a V4 on my front porch and it was "gone"
Did a little poking around and it just can't be connected to anything other than the older cameras. Kind of a weak move by wyze, but a clever way to go out of offering it forever. Thankfully the V3 does alright still.

That's interesting. I shelved my pan v3's because Wyze dropped them from cam plus lite. I will have to power up my pan v3's and see if Cam plus lite works.
