It looks different, on landing page it shows 2 years instead of 3 and when proceed it shows different groups with different pricing, none of them, matches claim

I agree their landing page is bad. The monthly option is incorrect, but the other two are correct. If you go to the product page or click the link below, you'll see the triennial option available. I only mentioned it as it's the best deal. There are various options from monthly, quarterly, and up to triennially.

Just wanted to clarify the BlackFriday25 promo code pricing:

Monthly: $2.75
Quarterly: $5.50
Semi-Annual: $8.25
Annually: $16.50
Biennially: $30.00

These prices include a free Residential IP or Dedicated IP add-on.

Residential IPs are available USA only with ISPs: Spectrum, AT&T, Sprint, RCN, Atlas, and Windstream.

Dedicated IPs are available in any of our VPN locations.

After purchase, simply submit a ticket with your requested residential IP location to claim the free add-on:

This is a lifetime discount, so your account will always rebill at the discounted rate.

Added information regarding previous front page deal. This beats that deal as this includes dedicated IP and PrivateMail account.

Kinda confusing process, especially for renewals.

Instead of upgrading my existing service and pushing out the renewal date (which renews in 6 months), it created a second VPN service with a "1" appended to my email address as the username. I submitted a cancellation request not not renew my existing service, which I assume is the correct course of action.

I do see the options for dedicated IP and webmail pro that weren't there before.

To receive the free Dedicated IP with the BlackFriday25 promo, do I need to select the Anonymous VPN Pro plan, or is the Dedicated IP included with the regular Anonymous VPN plan as well?

You select the non-Pro Anonymous VPN and once purchased, create a support ticket requesting your dedicated IP. They typically respond within a couple hours.

On the product comparison page, there is no free dedicated ip or private email pro listed for the basic vpn. does it come with the purchase ?

https://torguard.net/black-friday-2025/ is the link you want to explain the sale.
Their Anonymous Proxy is on sale as well, just scroll down. More expensive than VPN and I have no idea.. tried researching to see if it's just straight up better than VPN to no avail. I just went with the VPN.

The real draw is the residential IP... That's usually expensive. For example, I have the grandfathered "Putin" $10 windscribe deal but it's like $120 per year for residential IP.

How do we use the PrivateMail account? When I go to the site, it asks me to sign up for $$$.

2. I am going to use this vpn mainly from outside USA.. will i still get a residential ip from USA to use?
