You can move these around with a combination of Mat Movers Tool (Mat Grippers) and a leaf blower. Much easier if you're doing a full gym install. Also important to note, I've had these installed for almost a year now for a home gym, and the rubbery smell still hasn't completed off gassing. We even washed them and kept the mats out for almost a month to no avail. Just keep the room or garage slightly cracked open/vented during exercise.

94 pounds and awkward, bring a friend and a truck, if your doing a bunch try work gloves, helps with grip.
