Bought the s7000 version of this a few months ago and have found it well worth the money. Highly recommend it.

What's the difference between S8200 and S8201?
I got S8201 couple of days ago on Amazon for $99. Wondering if I should return and buy from Walmart instead

I actually just did this as well, I cannot find a difference beside the color.

a larger, removable water tank and headlights are the main ones missing from this walmart one.

I snagged the version without the extra steam nozzle and have been mostly pleased. My only gripe is that it doesn't get all the filth up off the floor too easily. Might be better to finish with a swiffer or something else. Maybe I'm just OCD but i do like to be barefoot so I am sensitive to any residue left. The pads can only hold so much dirt- the rest gets spread around.

Do yourself a favor and invest in a robot vacuum and mop like a roborock. Those have vacuum and mop and it will run automatically at scheduled intervals and keep your house clean as long as you don't let too much dirt to accumulate on the floor, your floor will look good. I have been using robot vacuums for about a decade. We run it every night and by morning house looks clean. We have hardwood floors.

Which version? I've generally seen the reviews on the Roborock claim the mop part is not so great

Walmart version also comes with only 2 mopping pads vs 4 on the Amazon variant. I'm keeping my Amazon order. It's worth the extra $15 that I paid for it

robot vacuums are generally for daily maintenance cleaning as opposed to more of a deeper weekly steam cleaning that this mop provides. they serve two different purposes.

dreame, mova and roborock seem to be the most reliable ones. i would shoot for the mid range category of around $300 to $500 right now.
i don't own this myself but if you don't want to dive too deep into robot vacuums, here's an easy pick: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGR1V...s3-20&th=1

here's a decent list but if you have the time, it's worth it to try to do your own research as well: https://vacuumwars.com/black-frid...ery-price/

Can this do the scrubbing only (without the steaming at the same time)?
