$7 discount is already built into the sale price (Sale price is $79.99 now, $7 less than the $86.99 in the OP). $25 discount with code brings the new price to $54.99+tax which matches OPs final price.
Thanks OP. Sorting through the sea of jump starter deals, this seems to be the winner for me. That Project Farm video from a couple years back on this one sealed it for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMXyoIBJyJA

I have this and the largest avapow model
I like the hompow better. Digital % and the tip on clamps are more narrow and fit in smaller spaces.
Case has a nice little net to hold contents secure.

Thanks. Good to know as I was looking at the Avapow and chose the Hompow for the same reasons you pointed out. Crossing my fingers that AUOSHI Direct is legit (instead of Hompow Direct you see on Amazon). It's hilarious that there are counterfeits of random brand jump starters.

Just received mine and threw it on the charger. Passes the weight test (it has heft) for my simpleton needs. Labeled with "6000A//Gas All//Diesel 12.0L" right on the front, leaving little doubt about their bold claims, unlike some other ones I've tried and returned that had no markings at all hiding their lies. On the back, proclaims 103.6Wh, which does translate to 28,000 mAh, as the listing proclaims. To be fair, who really knows if the 103.6Wh is true.
Kinda has a cool look to it. Nice bright digital display. Good accessory cables - they allow ~2 feet between battery terminals. The case is well designed and made and will keep all necessaries in place and easy to find - the case is taller than some might like if you wanted to fit it under the front car seat, for example. The charger itself has a short "height" to it (thinner - like my Nexpow) that makes it easy to carry like a good hardcover book. I had recently tried the Avapow 3000A, and it was more brick shaped and felt like I would drop it if wasn't paying attention. Flashlight is fair and will help at night, but not why I bought this. I just want this to be good at one thing: jumping a car with a dead battery - and this seems to fit the bill. Purpose built jump pack. From a design standpoint, I like it.
Now the question is, does it work well? It came charged at 74%, I've had it plugged into USB-C for 15 minutes and gained 4%. Kinda slow, but it might be because it's really darn cold out (15F) and it was sitting on the porch for a while after delivery. We'll see if that improves as it warms. To try it out, as I don't think I'll actually need it soon, I'll listen for that unmistakable 'clik-clik-clik' followed by some expletive in parking lots while holiday shopping. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQxbhDDkecg

Are you saying Hompow Direct from Amazon is not a reputable seller since its directly from them?

Not sure how you got that from what I wrote, but I'll try and clarify. It was the exact opposite. I was worried AUOSHI Direct via Walmart is selling something other than Hompow. Hompow Direct is obviously Hompow.... Not that it matters, I guess, as no Americans have heard of any of these brands before.

Yes I wrote that and I reread your comments again and it clicked that you actually meant the opposite I went ahead and ordered on Amazon it is only $10 more but at least it comes directly from the company
