No just buy the physical disc.It doesn't even make sense but digitally when it more expensive,you can't resell it and they can remove it offline at any time.

I havent opened mine since $39. I'm about to get this for the switch as well and not open it either.

Both. MvC2 in particular was built with integrations between the arcade and Dreamcast versions in mind, and is more playable on a pad than most fighting games. There are still advantages to fightstick over pad, but pad is doable.
