Same price as previous FP deals for the 83" C5. Appears you get a less expensive soundbar and don't receive the XBoom Bluetooth speaker, but you do get a $300 mastercard giftcard.

The $300 mastercard does make it tempting. Also the soundbar, while not top of the line, is solid and will be just fine for most people who aren't audiophiles.

I'm annoyed the deal is getting worse, the 300 dollar GC was active for a while with the better soundbar

where the G5 really blows away the C5 is in image processing and Brightness. If your watching any sort of sd material the upscaling on the G5 is now as good as the high end Sony chips.. Also, your not going to see a huge diff in brightness unless your watching something in HDR/Dolby vision which I can assure you will look better on the G5 as it can get much brighter and make parts of the image really "pop" in HDR.... The one negative on the G5/C5 is that is uses 50% more electricity then last years models!

It has "This campaign has ended early due to all gift cards being fully claimed." Hopefully new deal by BF, because this isn't that much of a deal now, others may think otherwise.

So far my experience with the Partner Store has been a loser. Two TVs purchased a week ago, supposed to be delivered on the 25th, delivery setup and installation setup with Angi, TVs never showed up, no update on the order in my account, called CS, got clueless person that finally said something about Dec 5th. The whole Angi thing was then a mess and still is a mess.

We also looked at both side by side. G5 definitely looked brighter with more contrast but for the price difference it wasn't worth it, Ordered 83" from partner site with 15% coupon and 9% Capital One shopping reward plus some cc cash back. Really good deal specially for 83" C5
