I initially ordered them hoping that my kids can do two ball dribbling drills together indoors. I'm not a fan of them dribbling in the basement or garage just because of how loud it is.
So was hoping that this ball would allow them to do so.
I might've been expecting too much. But first, for those that don't know this is a foam ball. So some of the reviews that talk about the ball shedding makes sense and I'd be careful of the surface it's used on.
Then it looks like a full sized, size 7, option is out there but none were available when I looked online when making this purchase.
And the biggest issue is that the bounce isn't good and I tested it out on multiple surfaces. When I hold it out straight out and drop it, it doesn't bounce higher than my knees. The description of the product had me hoping that it would be similar to an actual basketball.
I was probably expecting too much from a product from a toy company.
With that being said, I'll still be keeping two of them. Because figure it'd be better than nothing for the days that my kids can't get out there to practice. And they look like they'd be decent dodgeballs.
