Pretty great deal I think. Was looking for a simple speaker set up for watching movies, saw this one on sale and saw that it also has open box excellent for $433. There's also good for $420 and fair for $394. New it's $800, right now it's $600 on black friday sale.

Be careful with open box surround systems from Best Buy this holiday season. I've tried purchasing 4 different open box systems and all marked as excellent condition and all of them were missing cables, remotes, and even sub/rear speakers. Got lucky on my 5th trip with the Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, $336 good condition with box and cables, missing only the remote ($18 on Bose website)

Agree. I noticed there is literally no difference between excellent and fair condition. It depends on Store manager who decides the conditions.
