used it for 2 years. my advice, pre rinse before washing. great for small items, but thats it.

I honestly utilized it when I lived in my apartment that did Not have a dishwasher. It was a convenient countertop appliance.

*pre-rinse as the other user stated above

*Be sure the drain hose is secured and emptied out into the drain

I still think these small countertop dishwashers should be under $200. These things aren't even half the size of a full sized one and you can get a full sized one for $200 and something.
