I farking knew it.
My kids play the same games my wife and I do and I had bought Powercolor Hellhound 9070xt's for their pc's the cards look very nice in the cases - I love the color and design language more than the other cards I have seen. And the results gaming are equal and sometimes better than the 5070ti in same game.
Fully agree - I bought a 5070ti for myself because besides gaming I also use Lightroom and Photoshop - but if I didnt do photography I would have only purchased the 9070xt.

I just merely like the look of the 9070xt a lot more in the cases in our house
Oh I know I can, was using a 6900xt before this - but up until now I notice a noticable difference in processing and batch work when I use Nvidia vs Radeon cards - I am not a team specific purchaser lol. Either way - purchase has already been made and I dont want to hassle trying to second market sell the 5070ti - I honestly bought it at a decent enough price and have had a few months of solid work and gaming on it so not worth the hassle.

Ps. Dang, only new GPUs purchased from MC are eligible for trade-in...
what im seeing is just potential higher gpu clock and maybe better cooling?
same chip and same vram? is that the case? does it justify the price difference (50)?

The Reaper is made for small form factor cases; it's actually the smallest 9070 XT available. If you don't plan to overclock, the Reaper will be fine. Red Devil is for those that want to overclock and need the beefier cooler for thermals and noise, or someone that just likes the design of the card. I personally would be willing to spend the $50 if I'm already dropping $600 and have a case that can fit the card.
