I had a very bad experience with this company. CS is zero. First one died within 3 months. Thought it might be a faulty HW, gave a 2nd chance and its wheel stopped working as expected in 2 months. I won't recommend this company.

razer quality is garbage. Had a number of these mice, all ended up having button issues anywhere from less than a year, to a year or two. Then there's the garbage software they want to install on your PC. Trash tier company IMO.

Decent price, but the Essential model is pretty bare-bones and lacks the features you'd expect from a modern gaming mouse.
