u7 lite have 2.5GbE. Some 2.4Ghz device have issues with wifi 7.

The U7 light has according to specs worse range, that would be the differentiator in this case.

Pro-sumer access point. An access point is what your phone connects to and it changes that connection to a wired connection in your house (Your router does this but your router does much more) I have 2 older models in 2 different corners of my house. The reason I got them was when I pulled into my driveway my garage door app got confused and would not work(I ran an Ethernet cable to my garage and hooked this up) By giving my phone a strong signal when pulling in my driveway it works %95 of the time.

It is not plug and play (you need to set it up and run cables).

These are excellent products. I have never regretted installing the system during the pandemic. Coverage is flawless throughout the entire house with no dead spots, and the ability to upgrade only the components I need has proven extremely convenient and cost-effective. While the promotional offers may not be the most aggressive discounts some expect, the performance and reliability are so strong that deep discounts genuinely aren't necessary. Highly recommended.
