Should I take the current deal that's going on right now?

Or should I wait until next week for BF/ cyber Monday ? I don't need to get a new phone right now, but I will in a month .
Also, if I DO take the deal now, and the price drops again lets say, next week, will Samsung price match it?

Worst case though if it drops next week you can just return it and reorder it.
