What is the best gaming laptop you can buy that can also be used for some AI stuff (no budget restrictions)

I'm looking for recommendations for something I can buy that will last a while and is future-proofed to the max 
There is no budget restrictions but if there is a good deal to be had out there where it makes no sense to spend anything above such a deal, I'm all about it!
Some things to note
I care more about the processor/memory rather than the graphics card (so something that is Ryzen 9, Intel Ultra 9 285HX or so would be best)
I don't need a screen bigger than 16 inches.
