Nice price, but already have a new 850 still in the box, 1000 is overkill with 20000Ft of overhead.

I really wanted to like this PSU because reviews showed it was ultra-quiet. My unit unfortunately had the loudest coil whine I'd heard in my life under GPU load. I went back to my old PSU, (FSP): no perceptible whine. Tried a Corsair, almost no perceptible whine. Probably just bad luck, as the fans + fan curve are dead silent.
