Jazzmasters are super fun guitars. Not sure how good the quality is on these classic vibes though, I've heard mixed reviews. The 40th Anniversary edition seems to be better.

I picked one of these up about a year ago and I absolutely love it. The quality is solid, especially considering the price point. The only thing I would change would be the pickups, but otherwise, you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer Jazzmaster at a lower price point. I prefer playing it over my MIM Strat

At one point I've had like 15 guitars of all types, but always wanted one of these.
Just can't do it now though

In my experience (I own 4 squiers) they are nice but there can be quality control issues. But at the same time Gibsons that sell for well over 2 grand have QC issues too.
If you know how to setup a guitar and know what issues to look for, I'm sure these will be great for you.
It's funny my local guitar center has one of these in stock new and 2 used. They're asking more for the used ones than the new one. Hah

I love my 40th, but the regular classic vibe is as good.

Most of the differences are visual: aged hardware, gold anodize pickguard, block inlays vs dot, slightly different headstock shape

The core guitar is identical: Sound wise, playability wise, weight, wood material, neck profile, finish quality, pickups installed.. all identical.
