I have an EF Delta Pro thinking about getting a 2nd unit - BF deal (not the extra battery) So I can swap them in and out during a elongated power outage
The Pecron unit is cheaper but wondering if its the same/similar

For what you want the F3600 should do you fine unless you have high induction motors to start, like air conditioners. If you need it for a residential refrigerator or freezer, you should be just fine.
They also have their E3000 expansion batteries on sale $699 - the discount for another 3072 battery power. The E3000 have their own ac and Solar charging, so expansion is much cheaper than the EcoFlow expansion batteries.
If the F3600 had been available 2 years ago, I probably would have gone with it.
I use my Pecron to run my whole motorhome and have been using it for over a year and a half. Wife approved!!!!
The only downside to it (and most all others) is the UPS functionality. If you have an appliance that requires more than 1800 watts when the Pecron F3600 is plugged into a normal 15 amp 110/120 outlet, then the Pecron (and most, if not all other units plugged in to the same) will stop working and throw an error code.
It's because it is working in bypass mode. If you unplug it from the wall, it will provide the full 3600 watts.
I don't know of any of these portable units that don't put you into bypass mode when connected to the wall.
Other than that they are great!
