edit: Costco has the SE version which comes with a soft carrying case vs the regular version which comes with a hard carrying case. That's the only difference I could find.
As of this post, Amazon also has the black pair at $169.99, but the other colors are $199. I wanted a purple set so went with the Costco version to save a little.
The ANC is also better
