I highly recommend ordering online instead. If you buy one of these in store and return it, you have to return it to that store. If you buy it online you can return it via pickup from your house.

Word of warning make sure you have a friend or someone to help you if you can't lift one of these on your own. They will just drop it off at your door.

We had read the same thing about them dropping off at for step. My wife gave them $20 to carry 2 into the house up a flight of stairs which they delivery guys happily did for the money. Took them all of 5 minutes. Don't know if they were breaking some rule to do it though

If they are hauling away the old mattress and foundation they won't bring the new ones in and put them in the same room?
