For some states MSI fails to charge sales tax. With a .edu email you can get a 10% Education discount.
It runs similar price in Microcenter combos.
I consider it a ~$400 chip.
I am not familiar with the MSI AIO but ~$54 seems like good but not amazing deal for it.
I am familar the b-stock Liquid Freezer III models that Arctic Cooling puts on ebay for ~$50 they are pretty hard to beat.
