Make sure you check the rated output. I plugged it into my macbook pro and was only recieving 60w. You can easily check the wattage under system report. I then grabbed my anker usb c cable which is rated for only 100w and was recieving 100w. I grabbed a differrent lisen usb c cable (came with 4) and again only 60w. Im sending this back.

On a side note, my Anker cables didn't last 6 months - 1st one got replaced at 3 months and the second one lasted 4 months that I threw away...bought Samsung ones on sale and they are going strong as of now

Maybe the 240w is 4 cables by 60w output.
