It was just listed on the page when I selected the blue color. I checked every color option, and I think two of them had coupons. The blue was the best deal when I bought it, so I'm guessing the coupons come and go.

I found the coupon code right there on the backpack listing. Just scroll down a bit and it's one of those things that's I save an additional whatever and you click it. I got the black and white one for 48.

Low quality. Get one with a name from Wenger or an emblem embroidered behind the Swiss Guard logo. Those are their premium bags.

Sorry, just saw your question.

Yes it does. I've never had a problem bringing this bag on as my personal item on low-cost US airline carriers. It could be a tight fit if you overpack it, but it also has a natural taper, so you can shove the top of the bag under the seat first and shouldn't look wrong to flight attendants.
