Private message limit

I was making a trade and I hit a limit that I cannot send another PM for 360 minutes. Is there anything I can do to open that up?

I don't think it can be bypassed Frown Maybe you can reply to them publicly and ask them to PM you an email for further discussion.

that is one of the limitations on new users to help prevent spamming. although your account has been registered for a few years years you have not used it much, and as such are still considered a new user. continue posting normally and your account will have full privileges soon enough.

Can't recall the rules for private message limits in our inbox? Ideally, I like to keep a lot in there, but I recall some used to delete after a certain number? Or after a certain time? Do you know those rules? Is there a limit As to how many messages our inbox can hold?

PM limits can vary by account type. I don't think any messages currently get automatically deleted, but once your inbox is full, you will no longer receive any messages.
It looks like you use Classic, so the easiest way to tell how many messages you have and what the limit is, is to visit this page: https://slickdeals.net/forums/private.php and then scroll down to below all of your messages and look for the section that says:

Inbox contains xxx messages.
You have xxx messages stored, of a total xxx allowed.
