Approach with caution, and consider a more reliable brand if looking to put an AIO in your system.

Razer has good QC for some of their peripherals - specifically mice, and occasionally their keyboards - but the further you stray from those lines, the more questionable the quality becomes.

Alternatively, a thermalright AIO is a potential for the same price, an arctic liquid freezer 2 or 3 for a bit more, or even just going for an air cooler (peerless assassin, phantom spirit, ak620, etc) would likely be smarter purchases.
